Addressing over 800 delegates, she shared a Gen Alpha perspective on the future of work, leadership, AI, and sustainability, encouraging leaders to build with future generations in mind.
Prasiddhi’s session explored how youth leadership, emerging technologies, and sustainability are deeply connected. She encouraged organisations to move beyond short-term thinking and create systems where young people are not only future beneficiaries but active contributors to shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future.
As the Sustainability Partner for SHRM India UnConference 2026, The Green Pillar in collaboration with PFF, supported the event’s planet-positive initiative by issuing Digital Tree Plantation Certificates to the delegates and speakers. Each certificate represented a tree planted in the recipient’s name, transforming participation into measurable environmental impact while advancing our Mission 10 Million Trees.
The event also marked a meaningful reunion between Prasiddhi and Mr Shiv Shivakumar, whom she first met while receiving the Economic Times Young Achievers Award in 2024. Their conversation reflected the importance of intergenerational leadership and reinforced how curiosity, humility, and openness to young voices can shape stronger leaders and better decisions.
