The Green Pillar is a youth-led climate education platform working to inspire children, youth, educators, and community changemakers to take mindful climate action. We offer educational courses, toolkits, volunteering programs, workshops and digital resources tailored to building climate consciousness through experiential learning. TGP is driven by ecological empathy, rooted in justice, and powered by youth. Our Services aim to make climate education accessible, participatory, and action-oriented.2. Eligibility
To access and use our Services, you must:- Our services are accessible to learners starting from the age of 3-4. However, any individual under the age of 18 must have express consent and active supervision from a parent or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure appropriate guidance and oversight throughout the use of our platform and services.
- Possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the Site and Services.

- Modify, sell, sublicense, distribute, or exploit any TGP content for commercial purposes.
- Reproduce content on other platforms without attribution or permission.
- Translate, alter, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

Volunteer and Intern Programs

- Maintain confidentiality of internal documents or communications. We reserve the right to discontinue any participant’s involvement in our programs if they breach conduct expectations or misuse our platform.
9. Payment and Donations
Certain services, such as paid workshops, merchandise, books, or educational services, may involve fees. All payments:- Are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
- Are subject to applicable taxes and currency conversions.
- Are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a Refund Policy (We will add a hyperlink which will lead to the refund policy page) for specific services. The Green Pillar does not accept any donations. However, individuals who wish to contribute may do so to our impact partner, the Prasiddhi Forest Foundation. Donations made to the Prasiddhi Forest Foundation are voluntary and may be eligible for tax exemption under applicable Indian laws. Donation receipts will be provided by the Foundation upon request.
