Refund Policy

At The Green Pillar Foundation (“TGP”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to creating transparent, honest, and ethical experiences for everyone who engages with our programs, products, and services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for purchases or contributions made through our platform at www.thegreenpillar.com.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payments or contributions.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to:
- Paid workshops and online events
- Educational toolkits or downloadable content
- Merchandise (if applicable)
2. Refunds for Workshops, Events & Programs
We offer limited seats in most of our workshops and events. When you register and pay, a slot is reserved just for you.
Full Refunds Will Be Provided If:
- The event or program is cancelled by TGP.
- A schedule change prevents you from attending, and you notify us within 3 days of the change.
- You cancel your registration at least 7 days before the start date.
Partial Refunds May Be Considered If:
- You cancel 3–6 days before the event (up to 50% refund).
- You provide a valid reason (medical emergency, family issue), supported by relevant documentation.
No Refund Will Be Issued If:
- You cancel less than 3 days before the event.
- You do not attend the program (no-show).
- The event is missed due to your technical or scheduling issues.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Refunds for Digital Products (Courses, Toolkits, Handbooks, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital educational content, all sales of downloadable toolkits, handbooks, posters, and e-resources are final. Once the file is accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued.
If you mistakenly purchased a product or are unable to access the download due to a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist or provide a replacement.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at communications@thegreenpillar.com with:
- Your full name
- Date and nature of transaction
- Payment reference or receipt
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents, if applicable
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been initiated.

This policy may be updated periodically. Please check this page regularly to stay informed. Continued use of our Services after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
